Default Splines on tranny...

I have the lvl 2 perform built tranny and i bought a new converter and it has the 3 key ways in it,if i had the tranny here i would know its about 300 miles away so im not sure what my tranny has any help?

should be a 30 spline right?

dont know about a keyway??

There like 3 master splines inside the TC where it slides into the input shaft, hmmm sounds like i got the wrong converter then, im just as lost.It looks like this ----->''''-''''

are you talking about the little notched out areas in the shaft coming out of the converter?

if so, thats normal. it should have that.

Yes thats excatly what im talking about. Thanks alot, didnt quite now how to explain it but thanks for the clarity, i was sweating alittle bit there but im good now thnaks again Fellows.3 more days till i drop all the chit. Pics to follow

All converters for your application have those slots. I think they might be used for converter charge/oiling purposes. Humm that almost sounded good. I will have to ask my converter guys about that.
