John I just saw this picture on another thread. These are the tags you are looking for. This trans comes from an 01.

Hell I do not think it has them tags on it.. It says HYDRAMATIC, 4l80e on it, then numbers i posted at the beg of this thread.. :/

I guess only the older models got that cool "4l80e" embossing on the side of the case. My 04 doesn't have that.
