If it's fried put a OE SRTA GM trans in it and flash it with stock tune then find someone to tune it correctly. Sounds like TM is disabled and your maf tables need to be tuned correctly. If they have it shifting too fast and too hard it can be binding also killing the trans. I spent a frick ton of time toying with mine even after I had it custom tuned and finally got it where I want it.
