Default So how would this be..

Lets say i crank the bars about 1 inch in front then throw the keys in, that would give me about 3" up front of lift. Can you get 2" blocks for the back? If so if i threw those in the back would it look pretty even and good?

yes that would work fine, also I noticed when I raised the bars on my last truck it got very bouncy and the suspension was very stiff on and off road.

3"+ is alot to ask of torsion bar cranking, it puts the cv joints at a bad angle and wears them much more quickly not to mention u have less to no downward wheel travel, 2 is about what i would ( and did ) do, i belive congnito came out with a leveling kit with different upper arms that fixes the travel/ride issue.

also has anyone considered doing somthing like a coil over shock in the stock location to add the height? i wouldnt think the spring would need to be all that big to add 2-3 inch, and i think the ride would be much better. just a though ive been kicking around.
