Yea, I was thinking torque converter or front pump, then clutch failure to follow. But it may very well be that the tc clutch is what I'm seeing on the dipstick.[/QUOTE]


exactly how my last 60e went...i was driving down the hiway with cruise on and all of a sudden the rpm's started climbing and the speedo was falling...had no gears when i came to a stop..it was the tc clutch...took out everything

 

Yea I laughed it off....but I'm not going to feed that bastard any more peanuts!

Seems like that's the way it always goes...it would be too nice and inexpensive to only have to replace the torque converter
