Slicks on rear, radials on front
#14
mixing tires = sway!!!
real low pressure and mixing = Scary sway!!!!!
bias front and rear(with tubes) or radials front and rear = nice and stable all the way down to 11.5 psi.
All personal experience with my 4500lb truck on 15x10 and 15x4.5 wheels

I didn't notice this with my 31" tubed slicks on 16" rims at 15 -16 psi and radials up front. I do run a narrower and high speed rated front radial at the track though because the handling of my wide Nittos sucks even at highway speeds.
Is everyone running the recommended rim width with their slicks?
