Default Shop Put ZipTies on my truck!!!! What do you guys think?

Ok well i made a thread earlier this weekend about my truck not wanting to go into park. I can move the shifter into park but it still rolls like it's in neutral almost and the truck woudn't start because of this.
I got under the truck tonight and i can push it into park with my hand and all is fine until i change gears then try to go back to first.

What was disturbing was the shop must have broke something i guess because there are zipties all over the back of the cable area on it.

So i took some pics so you guys can tell me what you think they did....and suggest how i should go about having them correct this problem.

its out of adjustment...thats supposted to slide back and forth i believe...i bet if you slam your shift lever up into park it will go won't it? same thing happened to my white truck. i ended up going to the stealership and buyin a whole new cable...it's a two piece and its pretty expensive. i think you can buy just the piece that goes underneath the truck and save some bucks...i may be completely wrong but thats what it looks like to me
