LMAO considering the extreme 45*+ angle of the shocks on a 4" drop. You might want to go take some time and do some reading on these type of things.

I'm just calling you out because if you sell these type of parts on a forum you really need to understand the geometry to make to correct recommendation.

well I swapped all for shocks and the truck is riding a lot better still not a luxury ride quality but has improved a bunch! I think part of my problem is I removed the spare, rear bumper & hitch so the back is a little light, hauling a couple hundred pounds of crap it feels like a Cadillac, when the beds empty it rides pretty much like a stock truck now

so if any one needs the info for there truck here what i learned

2" drop front springs needs a shock thats around 13" extended 8.5" compressed 4.5" stroke I used Monroe # 37137 ride is firm but not stiff handling feels more predicable and sporty

the rear with a 4" drop you need a shock thats around 18.50" extended 11.50 compressed 7" stroke, you can use a shock from a 67 to 72 C10 1/2 ton at first I used Gabriel 82003 ride was "ok" when I had some weight in the bed I actually think if I used a higher grade shock I would have been fine but didnt want to spend a hole lot to experiment to see if it would bottom out or not

next installed shock extenders and a pair of monroe reflex #911504 for a stock 04 and the ride did improve over the "cheep" gabriel shock but not what I expected it to be and like I said i'm pretty sure if I installed better shocks with out the extenders probably would have got the same ride with out the low hanging shock......
