Default Shifting problem

Put in a billet servo on,my friends truck and now it takes forever to shift and going wot it won't shift into third so we put the stock stuff back in and it does the same thing. Any input? Help needed asap and greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like you put it together wrong.
This is the how to I used

I know theirs one on here, but I've never looked thru it.

Can you post pictures of how you installed the servos?
The 1st sero you pull out is the 4th gear servo, if you nicked the seal or installed it backwards it will do the same thing you are discribing.

We put it in exactly how we took it out of mine. It shifts now but he lost od
