We had all of the tranny stuff put in at one time and programmed by pcmforless. We were driving around one night and the engine light popped on and the car felt dead(i guess because it wouldnt go into first). We got the code scanned and it said that the shift sol was stuck open. We then got bryan to turn the code off and it was fine for a few weeks. Then we were riding around one night and it did the same thing again only no ses light. This time it wouldnt go into 1st or OD. Took it to our mechanic and he replaced the 1-2 and 2-3 solenoids and it was fine for a few more days. Now the code is coming up again but the tranny is still going into every gear ok for right now.

One way is to toggle it to type C-still throws the code but keeps the light off
Another way, toggle it to type X-turns off the ability to even throw the code
You have to have it toggled to type X.
PO752- 1-2 shift solenoid stuck
PO757- 3-4 shift solenoid stuck
I only have 757 turned off, but you might need to turn both off if you're tripping 752 also.

Just thought Id let you guys know there is a problem with some valve that controls shift pressure gm has posted a bulletin on it and it causes that code my mechanic is replacing it along with the shift silenoid. I also called Joe at JAG performance and talked to him about it, he said you should only run into that code with a stall over 3400.

02SierraZ71,
Regarding the GM bulletin you are talking about, could you please be more specific? like # or whatever. The Dealer told me they don't know about it. For my code P0757 they replaced the 2-3 shift solenoid and a warning. Warranty void if I don't put the PCM back to OEM in order to clear the code. I don't know if this is going to fix my stall problem from drive to reverse. We'll see.
