Shift points
#11
Looking at your dyno chart:

You are making (roughly, kinda hard to tell from the small picture)
~490HP & 420TQ @ 6200
&
~475HP & 390TQ @ 6500
I would say increase your shift RPM in 1st by 100 and 2nd by 200-300. Your still making good power.
Currently when you shift into 3rd @ 3800 your making ~350HP, if you bump up your 2-3 shift points until you shift into 3rd @ 4100-4200 you will be making ~380HP. The torque between those RPM is roughly the same. I say just get some logging equipment and play with your shift RPMs. IMO a gear change would be expensive since your 4X4 and untill you burn up the tires this seems like a cheaper fix.

Smaller rear tires for the strip would do it for sure and I'm looking for some.
BlackGMC, this is what i was thinking too. Shifting 1-2 @ 6300rpm (instead of 6200)
and extend the 2-3 to 6400-6500 (from 6200) would get me into 3rd at a better rpm.

no cause if he went to a smaller tire why wouldnt you go with like a DR? M and H 28" or the m/t et street 28" or the radial in 26". ALL are gonna hook better. I think you wont have a problem hooking in 2wd with those tires.
THe 26" radials I have cut back to back 1.75-74 60' with me spraying out of the whole, through a controler and they are hooking. You wont have any problem in 2wd with a DR/slick. So then no launching in 2wd in this case wont hurt anythign lol.
