Default shift kit guys

going with the transgo hd2 in my silverado and when installing it in certain sections it asks for, mild, street/strip, or full race. Which way did yall make yours? its a cam truck with 3k stall daily driven

One or NO washers. One washer will hit hard, I mean hard. The torque converter will take some of the hit out at lower rpms. My trans came with a kit installed.

if your doing it do 0 washers. line pressure can firm it up more if you want. its also my opinion that shiftkits on stock transmissions kill them. ill probably get flamed for that but its just a trend ive noticed over the years. clutches will last longer but hard parts will go faster.

one or no washers where? everyone keeps telling me one or no washers, there are about 3 steps in which you put in washers

ah and i want it to hit, i like a firm shift, im assuming yall mean the accumulator washers which is the 1-2 so im crazy if i go 2 washers which is what is considered street/strip
