Default Servo Q's????

I know a servo is a cheap mod that will help your tranny. I am honestly not that great with the newer trannys though. I have been through a powergilde once or twice and a muncie but never the electronic 4 speeds they are building now. I would like to upgrade my servo and probably do a pretty good shift kit. I want these to be kind good mods but as inexpensive as possible. I will be spraying a 100-150 shot through it and want the 60e to last a little longer. The TB stall will come later. Doing the work wont be a problem. I am very mechanically inclined with plenty of tools and space. as long as the directions are thorough then I will be fine.... which kits and servos do you uggest and where from????

damn.. that sounds like a bunch of stuff... how much does that all run?? I am not trying to make it handle 500 hp. just shift out a little more firm and make it a little more durable...

The seperator plate is like 10 bucks if I remember and the acculator piston is 7 I believe, and the servo is 18 bucks shipped I think, and the shift kit is 90 I think, nothing over 130 bucks for all those parts

damn sweet... sold!!! I am actually looking on the site right now.... what about putting the kit in? would I be able to do it myself? I have been inside trannys before but never a 60E... I am guessing all the basica are the same. like I said before, if it has good instructions I will be good to go

I would have honestly gone that route but I am not trying to make it survive tons of hp so I think the 'vetter unit will be fine. if I try to go bigger than I am now as far as power goes I will be swapping for an 80e most likely.

The new servo is a super hold second gear servo not 4th. The forth servo your talking about has been out for a long time. I know Chuck has both of them in stock.
