Default Servo problems

Alright well I know there's a lot of stuff on this but I read and I can't find what my truck is doing. I installed a corvette servo today and everthing went well but when I went to go test drive it,it didn't seem right it would shift at 3000-4000 from 1-2 and that don't seem right. Also at WOT it hits the rev limiter at 6700 before it even shifts to second and feels like its slipping. So I took it back out to make sure none of the o rings were messed up and everything was fine so I put it back in and it did the same thing. Anyone knw what it could be? Could it be in the tune bc there is nothing wrong with the servo?

That really does not make any sense. I would question if you have the cover for the second servo facing the right direct or the obvious a leak in the system. I honestly have never flipped the cover so I'm sure it this is even possible. Here is a pic from transgo's dorections on which way the 2nd cover should face. If you look closely there are legs on the 2nd cover that will rest on the 4th cover.

I know you said that you took it back apart to make sure you did not cut a seal. Did you use a new red rubber oring on the cover for the 2nd servo you installed? If you used the old one I guess you could have a leak here because the old ring has been compressed with the old cover. Also did you make sure that the fluid level is full? If possible verify that the command from the computer is commaning the 1-2 shift at the trans but shutting off the "A" solenoid.

I didn't change the pin and there was no washers from either the stock servo or the corvette servo.

Keep in mind that the picture above comes from the TG HD-2 kit. You will not have the washers in the pic. I posted this so you could see which way the servo cover should point.
