Default scrubbing sound issue

Hey guys, i got an 03 silverado with the 5.3, 60K miles. Its really weird, its when the truck is moving weither its cold or hot outside, and it feels like a slight resistence on the front right knuckle, i looked but couldnt find any thing preventing movement but when i turn it makes a little bit of whining vibration that i can feel in my steering wheel. it sounds like when a person who has worn out pads and is grinding the rotor type of sound but its not cause when i use my breaks..it stops..you think it could be a rim/tire issue?

my truck has started to make a roaring noise around 20ish mph, kindof higher pitched.
is that what yours sounded like xlcooplx? It changes pitch with speed.

Yep - same here. I mean it sounds just like the pads are dragging on the rotor but they are not (checked, clean rotor and pads) and its like a circular roaring sound as there is a higher pitch at a certain degree of the rotation.
