Wow that's an amazing build sheet. What power numbers did they give u that it can handle? Are you still nervous about it holding w all of the 60 horror stories?

$5345 before tax!!!!! Holy crap. What converter? Who is tuning it?

With your mod list it seems like you built it once but I'm thinking a little over kill. Any plans of making more power in your truck? 700 hp vette that is 2k lbs less than our trucks is not a good comparison for what it can handle. Good luck man, that's the best 60 I've heard of

I talked with the guys at RPM and they said given the weight of the truck it should be able to handle 800hp. Anything more than that then I would have to have it refreshed every year. I'm always going to be nervous since it's a 60E but, my mind is really at ease knowing they built it as strong as it can be and the success they have had building these transmissions.

Yeah it cost a pretty penny. Haha It's a triple disk billet 3200 stall converter in the trans. They did the tuning for the trans while the truck was in their shop to make sure everything was functioning correctly.

It is way overkill for the truck right now but, I'm tired of spending money twice to achieve the goal I want which is the reason I sent the truck to them. If it's going to be done correct it's not going to be cheap by any means. I'm sure you know with automobiles more often than not you get what you pay for.

I'm looking at a ProCharger kit for the truck right now with the D1SC and also doing a head/cam package with valvetrain upgrades. I was originally going to to a KBRacing turbo kit but, I decided against it for a couple of reasons. I'm just looking for a solid 550-600rwhp.

It was a LONG wait to get the truck back. It just pissed me off that after all that time the truck still wasn't done correctly. That's the part that gets me.

It's been that long already?!?! Yeah, 7 months sucks and I hope yours doesn't last that long. Still the same issue with it?
