FLT 4L80E Lvl-5 and I didn't do it on purpose, I was manually shifting doing some WOT runs and went from 3rd into R accidentaly trying to get it into D. Basically just went a bit too far. Was kind funny but...obviously wasn't good for the tranny. lol
