Default ring and pinion, need some advice

hey everybody i need some help, i have a 2000 silverado single cab 2wd, it has 22" rims, there wraped in a cooper zeon tire 305-45-r22. heres my question i need a ring and pinion swap to pick up my torque i used to have.
so what is the best size to go with 4:10 or 4:56 or even a 4:88. if anybody knows whats the best one to go with. your advice will be most apreciated.
