Going by what Skeet said, RT's uca will drop you 4" so to try and compensate for the uca drop you would need the 6.9" to be in the "sweet spot" around 16.88" at ride hight, or almost 4" higher than my ride hight but the same overall drop (with drop spindles and trying to stay at a 5" drop) I think, not sure but it would probably net more drop than 5" w/o cranking up the coils.

If the RT StrongArms give you 4" drop and you use a 14" spring with the 6.3 stroke shock, I would think it would be the same drop as using a 10" spring on the 4.1 stroke shock. That is 2" lower than stock right?

And I think you would be able to run a 12" spring on the 4.1", which is something I was going to try when funds allow. Longer/softer(better ride) vs. short/stiff(harsh ride)

after rereading my statement i guess i should have worded it a little better. the tech i talked to was telling me i needed to add preload to the spring, saying i needed a considerable amount. the only preload i have is just enough so that the coil doesnt float at the shocks full extended length.
I was told by their "techs" they would not sell me anything for my 4wd project as it would "never work". Lol, douchebags.
Once you start getting into too much travel you'll have to have limiter straps and very good and carefully located bump stops, otherwise your front wheel may collide with fender upon compression stroke on a hard enough hit!
