Removing Dowl pins

Have you tried heating up around the pin?

Heat it up a little around the pin with a propane torch and remove with pliers. Try not to heat the pin, should come loose right away.

put some oil on them then the tap them in a little then it will brake the seal then u will be able to pull them out

yeah.... i dont think pulling them is going to work..... i have to go tomarow to fill up my propane tank and im going to try that....

Or you could buy a dowel removing tool from Snap On or whomever. Mine works great. It just grips the dowel and you use a slide hammer on it. Never fails.
Heating the housing is probably the best to help though as it expands the housing. Good luck.
