Default Rear Sway Bar Settings

I installed a Hellwig rear sway bar a couple days ago, part number 7634. Honestly I didn't notice much improvement, at least not the improvement that others on here have claimed. Anyways, this kit has "adjustable" end links that you can adjust by using different bolt holes on the links. Because my rear is dropped about 4", I had to cut the links down by 2 holes (~1.5").

The directions said to get the bar as close to level as possible with the frame. Right now, the bar kinda points down towards the ground. If I move the links up one more hole (which requires me to cut the links down even further) then the bar will be pointing up in the air a little bit. And if I do this, then I wont be able to lower the bar without buying new links. My question is, is higher or lower better for stiffness?

Thanks!

I don't think you will see any difference either way.
