Default Rear bottom out with load

My 2000 Silverado shortbed seem's very soft on rear it has 4" drop shackle and hanger but I think the previous owner did heat up the leafs now anytime I put weight in the trunk it just drop fast and bottom out even the bump stop is gone and the diff hit the chassis real bad every time I hit a hole on the road it had nitro 2 shocks and they are new I bought the truck just before two months ago and he changed them before he sell's me the truck what cause's this problem? My brothers 2003 Silverado shortbed can carry alot of loads with no problems but my truck don't I want to do a flip kit and C section but cant find the stock hangers if anyone has them hit me with your price please and if you have the shackles too thats perfect

Is the '.' key broken on your computer?

Most 4" drops will bottom out with a load if they're not notched... Mine did.
