Default randomly kicked into 4wd?

i was dringing down the street today and then i decided to turn into a parking lot well i hit my brakes faily hard and turned sharply to the left and it felt like my 4wd engaged, then i made a turn in the parking lot and it really felt like it, so i drove forward, out it in park and it went away. is this what happened or something else, i had this happen like 1 or twice before.

Could be the 4wd actuator in the front diff causing the problem those are a weak part of our 4wd system and can break easily if you punch it and the 4wd isnt engaged all the way and its not unheard of for it to jsut do that without any cause. The part I am talking about is the actuator on top of the front diff.

yeah, that is what i am kind of thinking it is, almost like the forces were enough to move it.
