IMO your wasting your time looking for an accurate trans temp in the pan. If someone was looking for the most accurate trans temp, i would hit the output cooler line on the way to the cooler. That would be the hottest spot seems to me.

For a reference the pan would be fine, like the stock one, i know about what it runs and base HOT or COLD form there.

just my opinion

the trans pans you can find cheaper on ebay
for the diff cover id go with the cleargearz cover there super badazz

Found a 60 on Ebay but no 80. Guess they are cheaper if you can find them.

I have Both Mag-Hytec Trans pan and Diff. cover,I'm Very happy with them,any time you can lower Oil and Trans Temp,Thats a good Thing.My truck has the tow package.I also have Trans Temp Gauge.So for me these covers have been good investment.
