Rear sway bar and Tru Trac was the best things I did for the rear

a good set of shocks, sway bar, and a posi or trutrac will get you started, but your never going to get great handling out of a truck with leaf springs.

i had the edelbrock ias shocks on my old blazer and loved them. thats what i plan to run on my sierra once i lower it. 4.30s and a true trac comin first
