Default POS 4L65E issues

so about 9000 miles ago my last 4L65E died. left me on the side of the highway with no gears. no reverse, nothing. today it did the same thing. 9000 miles on it and dies. no forward gears no reverse. i was at 60mph and she came out of OD and then went neutral. no a sound or grinding or anything. fluid is clear and full. no leaks. nothing i can see externally. any thoughts? its like its not building line pressure. possible accumulator issue?

accumulator failed. they installed a shift kit with a plastic accumulator and it broke apart from the line pressure. he told me this build would have the vette style accumulator. im starting to doubt that was the case.

All you need to drop it in is a custom crossmember (dirttrackracer here sells them) and appropriate slip yoke to mate up to the stock driveshaft. Simple re-pinning of the main trans connector and a plug and wire with PCM pins for the front speed sensor.
