Im pretty sure that the 350 will bolt to the 5.3. The 400 will fit I know for sure so the 350 SHOULD fit. If its a good deal and its already adapted I'd jump on it and sell your 4L60 and break even hopefully

the 350 imho can be built to handle abuse better then the 4l60. I personalyl would go with the th350 its cheaper to rebuild if you need it rebuilt some day.

the TH350 is IMO stronger, STOCK. How it was put to me is that they have less clutches to burn up and less parts to stress on each other and in turn break. My 4L80e is basically a bigger TH400 with overdrive.

Go with the 350 and call it a day

hey thanks guys................but i need to know for sure if the th350 will bolt straight up to this 2003 5.3 L motor before i buy this trans from this guy. what would you pay for a th350 anyway? he's selling the th350,adapter,toyota t-case,radiator,chevy steering pump that has toyota lines,b&m shifter, and a little more stuff for 850$ but it all looks a little run down..... here check this out and tell me what you think.. http://honolulu.craigslist.org/mau/pts/1241157143.html
