Default please help!!!!

this converter install has turned into a disaster! here's my question... after getting the trans back up and bolted to the block i went to put the converter bolts back in and i cant spin the engine around to get it lined up with the converter....(prying with a screw driver through the access hole which worked great during the disassembling process)if it turns at all the converter spins with it...they appear to be wedged together....did i not put the converter in all the way? i am about to tow this thing to the trans shop!

If I remember right, you should hear three clicks as it goes in

Yep. Converter is not all the way in. Bad news is, and sorry to say it, if you torqued the trans up tight chances are you've taken out the trans pump.

Sorry man. Many have done it if its any consolation. I personally wouldn't go any further. Bring it back out and have it checked.

Yeah, you're right. The first click is distinct, the second a little less, and the third, we were like "i think that was the other click"
