Default Plastic clutch pedal assembly

Hello, new to the forum and come from a jeep background. Picking up an 05 suburban that has had an nv3500 swapped into it. Truck is in good shape and use all OE parts. The clutch pedal assembly has snapped which I now understand is quite common on these 99-06 trucks. I look at it as if I have 2 simple options. 1 replace the $70 pos that's just going to break again or move to a wildwood clutch pedal and master cylinder. I'm leaning more towards the wildwood option since it isn't that much more expensive. My question is what type and size fittings does the stock master use for the hydraulic line to the slave cylinder? Or has anyone come out with a simple reinforcement for the stock assembly so it can't happen again? Thanks
