hey guys just went to run some errands and tried out the caltracs again and my truck is really hooking hard and it feels greatdrive

Mine wheelhops pretty bad and caltracs are kinda pricey.

 

Seriously tho, $300 in my pocket? The truck(mine or whoever) can hook w/ Caltracs but I'm used to seeing these( traction bars) for alot less. Like say $50-$150. The $339 price tag kept me out of the real deal for that very reason- $$$. Under vehicle clearance on a 2/4 drop w/ Caltracs has me a little gunshy too. Even lower clearance out back prolly scrapes rear on anthills.

theys gonna bend... that heim joint looks to be at an angle, looks like a longer tube may have been needed.

Looks good. Is that a Grade 8 bolt in the front?

 

the bolts in this pic are not grade 8 but they were only used for the fab up they since have been replaced with grade 8 hardware for everything
