Default P0757????

who has had this code before? i got it yesterday and am not sure if i should erase it and see if it comes back or try another route.....recently ive been having the battery light flash at me and when it happens the gas gauge dies, it usually happens while moving and only for a second, i think i may have a issue with the PCM but this has now come up

any ideas?

When did this start happening, and how long has the Circle-D been in there? Did you get retuned for the 'verter?

Does it shift through all the gears?

Looser converters will set a false P0757, and will default to 3rd gear. More then likely just needs to be deleted.

thanks for the replies,
AK, the verter has been in for about 15k with the motor, it was dyno tuned but the tuner is a vette guy and doesnt know how to fix the cycling issue it has, i also had a random misfire so i went back to him and he adjusted something, i havent had a light/code for the misfire again but it idles rough, enough to feel but not cause a light, IDK

built 408, when it happened i was going slow up a steep hill, but it shifted weird and would not go into first, seemed like the verter was locked up in second from a stop

today i decided to clear the code and went for a drive, it seems okay for now, but it needs more time driving, we shall see

The DTC needs to be set to no error reported by your tuner. That will fix it.

Like they said false code that the converter sets off and causes limp mode, have it tuned out & you're good.
