has anyone seen or is running a single piece drive shaft??

2wd trucks? if it is possible will cc drive shaft work. or is it to short or to long.

i have one from texas driveshaft speciliast. dennys wont make one over about 60" and I needed one 72" for my ext cab....

texas's shaft is made from 1/8" wall aluminum and is about twice as heavy as the stock one

Trust me, you'd rather have the 2 piece stocker than a one piece. Much harder to break a 2 piece if properly balanced. Keep your stock 2 piece, have it high speed balanced and forget about it... Stock U joints are fine while you're at it

nothing wrong with the 2 piece i have beside i need to change carrier bearing and while im at it im going to change u-joints. the single drive shaft was ujust a thoght that popped up in my head and was curious. thanks for all the info, im gonna keep my current drive shaft. thanks to all that replied.
