ok laugh or not

i have a dumbass question i need to find out if anyone has a rearend with 4:11s and also if there is a way to do a rear disc swap on my truck

My RCSB has 4.10's(31.5" tires) and my work truck has 4.56's(30" tires). Don't fear the gear!
