Default Offset Bushing Install

Gonna be lowering my 02 Z71 soon and I am not clear on the orientation that the offset upper control arm bushings are supposed to be installed. Should the bolt hole be closest to the engine/frame side or the ball joint/wheel side?

Thanks Jason

Since several people looked and did not reply. I can only assume no one knows how these are supposed to be installed. So I did get an answer from a local shop. The bolt hole should be closest to the ball joint/wheel side on dropped applications. Hope this helps anyone else out there.
