Default np261 noise

just finished my 4l80e swap (best thing I have ever done). everything runs good except theres a bit of noise coming from the transfer case. I did put in a pump saver thing while I had it apart and I checked everything. It all looked fine. The output shaft bearing seemed good, I spun it by hand and it had a little restriction at first, but then spun fine. Could this bearing be the issue?

The noise only happens when moving, and I narrowed it to the t-case. Its a clicking noise at <10mph, and almost grinding noise above 10mph. It sounds like its coming from where the chain would be, but everything in the t-case was fine except the output shaft bearing which was a little rough at first to turn but it freed up.
