Default New Yank Truck Converter

I emailed yank today to ask about towing with a SS3600 and they came back saying they're about a week out from releasing a 3600 truck converter that will be suitable for towing. This will be perfect for me...I just have to start saving my pennies. Introductory price is $855.

Thought I would share the news.

Yank's billet converters are as good as PI's 3-disc's. Yank also makes an affordable TT converter. My Yank was $945 list

that's some good new to hear but i can't imagin paying that much money for a converter though. i just stepped down from a SS3600 to a "3000" b/c i needed to tow.
i can say for $300 is holding up it's own.

Yea, but the first post made it sound like it was going to be a tt3600.

I agree with Bill. l also have the same converter that he has. One thing I learned the hard way when I owned my Turbo Buick, don't go the cheaper way when purchasing a converter. Spend the money the first time and you will be very happy with the performance and longevity. Just my 2 cents!

You gotta get a good trans in your truck first before you can enjoy your converter
