There are cars around here running consistent 8 second 1/4s with level 5 4l60es no problems.

My LVL 5 went maybe 8K miles. I'm giving up on the 60/65E also.

Yea, I agree there is a weight difference. And I agree the weight difference matters. Just trying to put everything in context for him.

Thank you for all the help Im sorry I brought up the same subject just diff. night but everyones been a big help..... Thank You Everyone.... I wanted some advice from someone who wasnt trying to sell me there crap. Ive been to 4 shops in town and they all gave me the famous "Ill build you a 60e that u wont break Ive been doing this for years" and i dont believe half of what they tell me....

Dude, post whatever you want when you want. My statement wasn't so much aimed at the topic but at the typical replies. Sound 80E advice sprinkled wiith the 60e die hards jumping in touting the mythical 60e transmission touched by GOD that everyone WANTS to believe in. My apologies if I alienated you.
