Default New gears, trans grinds :/

ok so got my truck back today and I finally got to drive it with the 4.10's. Well it shocked me how different it was from the 3.23's. My 1 ton with 4.10's doesn't feel like this. I think something is wrong but not sure. My 6.0 with 4.10's will run up to 95 no prob. and it's stock.
With the 4.10's in this truck, when I get to 85 the transmission starts to shake a little, like a little vibration, and when it hits 90, the whole truck shakes and you can feel like something grinding in the trans. Ideas?

Is your truck a RC?
Welcome to the Alum driveshaft club!
I wouldnt run it up there till you get a good driveshaft.

Its a Crew Cab, no carrier bearing. Not sure if any of the other configs use a two piece, but mines just one.

is that what would cause the grinding? I mean its BAD, i can feel it everywhere, the floorboard, gas pedal, etc., the whole truck shakes. It feels like the trans or rear end is just gonna fall out from underneath. If you're still saying driveshaft, can you recommend me a good replacement?

Well you went from 3.23's to 4.10's so know your DS is spinning faster than it was at 85-90 mph with the 3.23's... Basically get a built DS or just get a 2 piece and be done with it

Ok, so that will be my next upgrade. It was just worrying me, because I'm already worried about my transmission going out and the last think I need is to be going down the highway and my torque converter flies into someones window.
Where can I get an aftermarket driveshaft? One or two piece. I've checked Summit, and google.

i think its driveshaft specialist in texas.. ill have to look.
but your goin to have a problem with a 10' steel driveshaft too, your best bet is to go 2 peice like the 99-07s.

I 've heard of them. So what kind of configuration should I look for, Steel or aluminum? I don't plan on making any kind of massive HP with this truck. It's just a mess around, burn tires, and fun street race ride. I'll need something that can hold up to pulling a 7-8k lb trailer load as well.
Sorry for all the questions, i've got a lot of money in this truck and I'm just ready to remedy all these problems.

Ill have to look up the length of the CC.. but if a stock 99-07 DS would fit, i would use it.

Ive towed 16k pound trailers and even held it to the floor for awhile pulling a 12k trailer on 10psi boost
and the DS(not engine) has spun up to 6400RPMS so its quite strong.
