What length bars did you go with?
I think my bars were 31" for the upper. and 32" for the lower.... Not positive though. I'll check on Monday when I get back to work.

I've been using mastercam since x2 and I try to stay a version behind the latest to make sure they have all the bugs worked out of the software before I count on it full time.I have mill level 3 w/ solids as well. What do you use for drawing/modeling?

I'm sure you get to see plenty of cool stuff in the aerospace industry...sounds like a really cool and interesting job.

Thanks, I went with that length because I wanted to utilize the factory hanger location. Made it easier to bolt it all together.

That really looks great. That's the first time I've seen a Watts Link with the center pivot on chassis rather than the differential - looks much better than mounting it on the differential. More adjustability, less unsprung weight, etc. Very nice.

That setup looks awesome! How does it handle taking corners pretty quick?

Thanks, I actually got the idea from the fays2 mustang kit. After doing some research this seems to be the best kit out there for mustangs, plus I didn't want to have to machine an entirely new diff cover. The roll center stays consistent with the sprung weight of the truck, plus it's height adjustable. Pretty sure it's overkill for my truck but I well, that's what makes it fun right?

It's much more controllable over less than ideal roads. Before if the roads were nice and flat with no bumps it would do pretty good but would get scary over any surface that wasn't perfect. Now it's much smoother throughout and much more predictable.

Just checked my drawing and I used 31" and 32.25" bars. Thorbros.com custom made me that length for no extra charge.

Would you're hanger brackets work with a suburban rear end?

Awesome job man! I am envious of your day job, that sounds like a lot of fun!
Is there anyway to convert your files to a .dwg or a .dxf?
We have a laser and a water jet and I would like to make a set for my truck.
I will send you a pm with my email address.
