Default need some help locating problem with 60e

ok about a month ago my dad killed his 60e so since then the 60e has been rebuilt again by the same person who did it the first time and also got a brand new cirlce d ,well i finally finish it sunday and yesterday he tells me there is a vibration around 45, well i go ride with him and yes right when the converter looks at 45 and he decides to lay into it its a really hard vibration.. but if he lays into it from a dig or any speed below 45 where it locks no vibration at all. normal driving it shift perfect. could it be u joint, carrier bearing? wont have time to look until tomorrow night. just trying to narrow this down.

Had a similar issue with a build that I did, turned out the tci flex plate was way off balance. The converter was used from myself so I know it had worked perfect (smooth) A certain speed and rpm with the converter locked vibrated. .. check your joints, make sure you did the bolts on the converter correctly in a star pattern. I would suspect converter, flex plate or driveshafts out of balance or misaligned.

Did the TCI have a physical defect or was it just a balancing and mounting problem?
