Default need some advice, which stall

hey guys, im back at it again. went to the track tonight, current setup in my sig, and it seems as though the gears helped ALOT knockin 7 tenths off my et. and bringin my 60' from a 2.8 to a 2.3 buuuuttt i think im leavin alot on the table with the TB stall. the day i put the TB stall in it would flash to nearly 2900-3000 rpm. now im luck to get 23-2400 out of it. my question is how big is too big. im thinkin a 3400-3600 converter is what im wantin but not real sure. i never had the truck on a dyno so i dont know where it begins to make power but i do know that if i do a roll race, 3-3500 rpm is where its at! whats everyone running with the TSP 220 cam? thanks in advance!

edit: do you think my times are on par for the mods done? seems to me i should EASILY be in the low 14's if not high 13's. i know DA and elevation play a big part but the weather wasnt to bad today, a little humid but only 85deg or so. am i leaving THAT much on the table with the TB stall and stock intake? i think i could prob pick up a tenth or so with a vette servo or at least it feels that way. i takes for ever to shift 1-2.
