The truck sits level now, no lean.

chevy6000vho, all that is over my head. Could you explain in simpler terms. I know I have seen a good many do this, or they would put drop shackles on both sides, but one at 1" and the other at 2".

No, I understand what you did. Though that's really not fixing the issue. I know it's a GM flaw in the design of the front suspension/ frame/ body panels.
Which one it actually is, would be the answer to a possible fix.
Your alternating differences in shackles fix may or may not cause issues.
The best way to find out is taking your truck on the highway and see if you get any driveline vibrations from what you did. Hard initial take offs can tell you as well. If it vibrates under a hard acceleration from a dead stop all the way through first gear, then you will know you will cause premature wear on drivetrain parts.
Another thing I recommend is taking it to an alignment shop and see if your cross caster and cross camber specs are out of specs. Those are the two alignment adjustments that get thrown off after suspension modifications to the rear.
Some may not understand why, but from observing, setting up, and reading alignment specs for the past two years, you then will understand why.
Even if you lived near by, I couldn't have an alignment done on your truck due to how low your truck is. It just would clear the ramp angle to get on top of the alignment rack. A 3/5 drop will bearly clear with the use of boards.
I wish the best of luck to you.
Let us know of any issues you encounter from your different shackle lengths you used.

Jim

Thanks for the explaination, I understand a little better now. If there were vibrations, would I be able to shim the passenger side a degree or so more than the drivers to compensate, or would this create issues as well? Worst case scenario I have to put the stock one back on so no big deal.

I completly understand what you are saying about getting it on an alignment rack, it was a pain for them to do so. Even with boards on the ramps it was still close.
