need help quick on converter bolts

how do i get the bolts out of the the converter??

easy, remove starter and get a 15mm wrench and do one by one. but some dont have the bolt head you will need to use a allen wrench and they do strip out. hopefully if youre lucky yours will have the hexhead

welp i had the dealer ship put the last two trannys in and theres two bolts that are ****** stripped now how do i get these basterds out??
