Default will 2000 sliverado 4l60e fit 2004 sidilverado both 2wd

My tansmission in my 2004 silverado is acting up, it goes into nuetral when it tries to shift into 3rd. Does anyone know if I can swap a 2000 4l60 2wd tranny into my 2004 silverado without any modifications.
Thanks

3-4 clutches are fucked, and YES you can swap those two transmissions. There are some hard part differences, but nothing that will effect how it drives.

I ended up using a 99 trans as the core for my build and it worked out fine.
