Default Nbs 10 bolt on nnbs?

So I got a 01 silverado with 4 wheel disc brakes and my nnbs with only front disc. Can I just swap rear ends and everything bolts up fine? How would the brake line connect from drum to disc? And would everything line up? The 01 rear was rebuilt and geared and nice rear pads. Would they swap over direct bolt up? Thanks

Anyone? I assume they bolt up but can I use my drum brake line and just use it in the disc setup or do I need a new brake cylinder?
