Default Is my leaf spring bad?

Today i picked up 40 gallons of paint in the ol truck. It's lowered 1/4 and i have the doetsch tech shocks all around.
When i got home i noticed my passenger side was basically maxxed out on the leaf spring and the driver side is fine.
So the driver side has plenty of clearance on the tire and the passenger side is almost tucking.
Would this indicate that my passenger side leaf has gone bad and needs replaceing?

So were was the paint located in the bed of the truck? was it more on the passanger side? what about how it was parked, was the ground level too? Your truck is a bit too new to already have weak springs, imo.....

The ground is level and the paint was on the passenger side. I moved it so the weight is now on the driver side and it's still maxxed out. I tried to bounce on it a bit but it was maxxed just that simple.
Even after i moved it to the driver side the driver side leaf was and still is fine not even close to maxxed out?
