Default is my clutch adjustable?

any way to adjust where the clutch engages? right now i have to push the pedal all the way down to the floor, to engage/disengage. i would like it to be in the middle to the top of the pedal's swing.

they only way the engagement point will differ, aside from your clutch wearing down, is if you shim the slave cylinder or get an adjustable m/c which, for these trucks, is IMHO a waste of money. If you're swapping to a T56, that's a whole 'nother matter though.
