Not that this answer will help you with specifics...but it is about 3". You aren't gonna want to take someone else's measurement on something like this. IMO the best way is to drop it on the ground and get those measurements once you have completed the swap...I am sur eyou've heard a million times...every truck is different...even the ones that are the same. LOL It's the same but different thing.

That # looks short Wilde. GM numbers are usually like 6 or 7 digits right? My invoice is at home otherwise I'd shoot it out there. Looks like FLT can help you out anyways. Good luck with the swap!

Does the part number- 19019 Ring a bell for the input shaft, FLT? I found my invoice but I don't think this is the right number.
The part# I have here is 12386258

Thats a GM PN#? May be cheaper if I get a friend with the employee discount to buy it for me than through speed engineering.

can the driveshafts from a 2500(from 3/4 ton ecsb to 1/2ton ecsb) be swapped over in a 4L80 conversion, eliminating the need for custom lengths? thanks for the part number too, chuck

Not quite sure about that one, Try giving shawn a call at Speed Engineering for some info, I know he has all the details for the swap.
