Anyone running a mini spool in their rearend. If so how do you like it and how did it affect turning of your truck.

 

i have one in my 66 chevelle with 4.11's. it screeches the tires when turning. you just have to be carefull and not turn fast and sharp...

 

Hey man what kind of times are you running at the track, your setup looks to be pretty close to mine. I have not got a chance to mine until I get a built tranny. I believe I would stay with a limited slip just because you want half to worry about anything while you driving on the street.

 

Yea just make sure you never make a u turn or anything.

 

I have ran a best of 8.59 in the 1/8th. I have a 5.3 with a p1sc procharger, 3000 stall, trans go shift kit, vette servo, shorty headers with 3 inch exhaust and flowmasters, 3.73 gears, and mickey thompson drag radials. stock engine and stock computer tune.
