I did my hangers with the bed on, it's not a big deal. You have to drop the straps off the fuel tank and unbolt the filler neck so you can scoot the tank over enough. But thats it for being a pain in the ***.

so the hardest parts are moving the tank and? what else?

you can do it with the bed on, it just give you alot more working room with the bed off. and to me is easier, its completely up to you on that. but yea like he said all youd have to do is move the tank out of the way. other than that its just removing factory rivets, how long/ hard that is depends on the tool you use
